These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ariesmenshealth.com (the "Site") and the telehealth consulting and administrative services offered by Ariez Biocorp LLC, doing business as Aries Mens Health ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
1. Description of Services
Aries Mens Health is a telehealth consulting brand that coordinates access to licensed clinicians for hormone optimization and related men's health services. Clinical services — including evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, and ongoing care — are provided by licensed medical professionals engaged by us and practicing within the states where they hold active licensure. Ariez Biocorp LLC is the administrative entity; it does not itself practice medicine.
2. What the Services are NOT
- The Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
- The Services are not a guarantee of results. Individual outcomes vary. Clinical recommendations reflect professional judgment at a point in time based on the information available; they are not promises.
- The Services are not a replacement for your primary care provider. We encourage you to maintain a relationship with a primary care clinician.
- The Services are not available in every state. Availability depends on where our clinicians are licensed.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing inaccurate information may affect the safety and appropriateness of your care.
4. Account and patient responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during intake and in ongoing communications.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Follow the clinical protocol your clinician provides and report side effects or concerns promptly.
- Complete ordered follow-up labs on the schedule your clinician recommends.
- Notify your clinician before starting or stopping any medication or supplement.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and consistent with these Terms.
5. Payment terms
- All fees are billed in US dollars and are due at the time services are rendered or per the schedule displayed at enrollment.
- The Aries Mens Health monthly program is billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Diagnostic panels, medications, and pharmacy shipping fees are billed separately and may be charged by third parties (labs, pharmacies, or payment processors).
- We do not bill insurance directly. Itemized receipts are available on request.
- Late or failed payments may result in pause or termination of Services.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel the monthly program at any time with written notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellations do not retroactively refund prior months.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has occurred.
- Diagnostic panels, once ordered, are non-refundable.
- Medications, once dispensed by a pharmacy, are non-refundable under applicable federal and state pharmacy law.

7. Prescriptions and pharmacy
Prescriptions, if any, are issued by a licensed clinician based on clinical evaluation and dispensed only by licensed US pharmacies. Not every patient is a candidate for prescription therapy. Our clinicians retain sole clinical discretion over whether and what to prescribe and may decline to prescribe at any time if in their professional judgment a therapy is not appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, Services, and all associated content, branding, trademarks, and software are owned by Ariez Biocorp LLC or its licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. User content and communications
When you submit information to us (for example through intake forms, messages, or uploaded documents), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that information to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide.
10. Prohibited uses
- Misrepresenting your identity, medical history, or eligibility.
- Reselling or redistributing prescribed medications.
- Using the Services in violation of applicable law.
- Attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of the Site or Services.
- Scraping or automated extraction of content from the Site without permission.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any particular health outcome will be achieved.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariez Biocorp LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ariez Biocorp LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
