Is Aries Mens Health a licensed medical practice?

Aries Mens Health is a telehealth consulting brand. Clinical care is delivered by licensed medical professionals — Dr. Todd Halper (supervising physician) and Justin Nyaga, NP — who practice within the states where they hold active licensure.

Who are the doctors and NPs on your team?

Our supervising physician is Dr. Todd Halper, MD. Our primary clinician is Justin Nyaga, NP. Full credentials, license numbers, and NPI information are available on our About page.

What states do you serve?

Telehealth services are available only in states where our clinicians hold active medical licensure. Coverage changes as we add providers. We'll confirm eligibility for your state during intake — or you can email us and we'll tell you before you book.

Is TRT legal?

Yes. Testosterone replacement therapy is legal in the United States when prescribed by a licensed clinician for a legitimate clinical indication and dispensed through a licensed pharmacy. Our clinicians prescribe only when clinically appropriate and after a full evaluation including bloodwork and medical history. Not every patient is a candidate.

How does bloodwork work?

After your initial consultation, your clinician orders the appropriate panel. You complete the draw at a partner lab near you, or use a home-draw option where available. Results typically return in 2–5 business days and are uploaded directly to your chart. Your clinician reviews every panel with you before any protocol is issued.

How long before I see results?

Individual results vary. Timelines depend on the protocol, your baseline biomarkers, adherence, and individual physiology. Your clinician will walk through realistic expectations during your review and schedule follow-up labs to track progress objectively. We do not guarantee outcomes — anyone who does should raise a flag.

Is this covered by insurance?

Aries Mens Health is a cash-pay telehealth service. We do not bill insurance directly. We can provide itemized receipts you may submit to your insurance carrier, HSA, or FSA for potential reimbursement. Coverage depends on your plan.

Can medications be shipped to me?

Yes, where state law allows. Prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies and shipped directly. Availability and shipping rules vary by state and medication. Controlled substances (where applicable) follow DEA and state pharmacy requirements.

What if I already have a prescription?

Bring it to your consultation. Your clinician will review your current protocol, current labs, and history. We can continue, adjust, or revise your protocol based on clinical judgment — not automatically continue a prescription issued elsewhere.

How is my health data protected?

We operate with HIPAA-aware policies. Protected health information is stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and accessed only by our clinical and administrative team on a need-to-know basis. See our Privacy Policy for specifics on collection, storage, sharing, and your rights around your data.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel the monthly program at any time with written notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior months. Any prescribed medication already dispensed is not refundable. See our Terms of Service for details.
