Is Aries Mens Health a licensed medical practice?
Aries Mens Health is a telehealth consulting brand operated by Ariez Biocorp LLC. Clinical care is delivered by Dr. Todd Halper, MD — a New York–licensed, ABFM board-certified Family Medicine physician with active DEA registration.
Who is the clinician on your team?
Your treating clinician is Dr. Todd Halper, MD, a board-certified Family Medicine physician (American Board of Family Medicine, continuously certified since 2009) licensed in New York. Full credentials, license number, NPI, and DEA registration are publicly listed on our About page and independently verifiable through the NY Physician Profile.
What states do you serve?
We currently serve New York residents only, where our physician holds active licensure. To begin care, you must be physically located in New York at the time of your telehealth visits. We're expanding to additional states as we add licensed clinicians; for current state availability, see our Get Started page or contact us.
Is TRT legal?
Yes. Testosterone replacement therapy is legal in the United States when prescribed by a licensed clinician for a legitimate clinical indication and dispensed through a licensed pharmacy. Our clinicians prescribe only when clinically appropriate and after a full evaluation including bloodwork and medical history. Not every patient is a candidate.
How does bloodwork work?
After your initial consultation, your clinician orders the appropriate panel. You complete the draw at a partner lab near you, or use a home-draw option where available. Results typically return in 2–5 business days and are uploaded directly to your chart. Your clinician reviews every panel with you before any protocol is issued.
How long before I see results?
Individual results vary. Timelines depend on the protocol, your baseline biomarkers, adherence, and individual physiology. Your clinician will walk through realistic expectations during your review and schedule follow-up labs to track progress objectively. We do not guarantee outcomes — anyone who does should raise a flag.
Is this covered by insurance?
Aries Mens Health is a cash-pay telehealth service. We do not bill insurance directly. We can provide itemized receipts you may submit to your insurance carrier, HSA, or FSA for potential reimbursement. Coverage depends on your plan.
Can medications be shipped to me?
Yes, where state law allows. Prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies and shipped directly. Availability and shipping rules vary by state and medication. Controlled substances (where applicable) follow DEA and state pharmacy requirements.
What if I already have a prescription?
Bring it to your consultation. Your clinician will review your current protocol, current labs, and history. We can continue, adjust, or revise your protocol based on clinical judgment — not automatically continue a prescription issued elsewhere.
How is my health data protected?
We operate with HIPAA-aware policies. Protected health information is stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and accessed only by our clinical and administrative team on a need-to-know basis. See our Privacy Policy for specifics on collection, storage, sharing, and your rights around your data.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel the monthly program at any time with written notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior months. Any prescribed medication already dispensed is not refundable. See our Terms of Service for details.
