How it works

From first visit to ongoing protocol

Five clear steps. Data-driven, clinician-led, built around your actual biomarkers instead of a reference range.

01

Book your consultation

Complete a short intake and schedule a telehealth consultation with our team. Most initial consultations run 20–30 minutes. You'll share your goals, current labs (if any), medications, and health history.

02

Complete your bloodwork

We order the right panel for where you are in the process. You complete the draw at a partner lab near you, or use a home-draw option where available. Results typically return in 2–5 business days.

03

Clinical review with your clinician

Dr. Halper personally reviews your raw labs alongside your symptoms and history. You'll discuss findings, options, and what the data actually means for you. Every protocol is approved by a board-certified physician — no NP or PA hand-offs.

04

Receive your personalized protocol

Your clinician delivers a written protocol: any recommended therapy, dosing, lifestyle guidance, and a follow-up schedule. If medication is prescribed, it's dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy and shipped to you where state law allows.

05

Ongoing optimization

Monthly clinical oversight, scheduled check-ins, and follow-up labs keep your protocol calibrated. As your data changes, your protocol changes. Messaging access means you're never guessing between visits.

Common questions

Before you start

How long does the full process take?

From initial consultation to receiving your protocol, most patients complete the cycle in 2–3 weeks. Bloodwork turnaround is the primary variable.

Is this covered by insurance?

Aries Mens Health is a cash-pay telehealth service. We do not bill insurance directly. We can provide itemized receipts you may submit to your insurance or HSA/FSA. Coverage depends on your carrier and plan.

Can my prescriptions be delivered?

Yes, where state law allows. Prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies and shipped directly to you. Shipping availability varies by state and by medication.

Is this legal?

Yes. Testosterone replacement therapy, when clinically indicated and prescribed by a licensed clinician through licensed pharmacies, is legal in the United States. Our clinicians only prescribe when clinically appropriate.

What states do you serve?

We currently serve New York residents only. To begin care, you must be physically located in New York at the time of your telehealth visits. Additional states will be added as we onboard licensed clinicians; contact us for the latest state availability.
