A monthly retainer for men enrolled in active hormone optimization. Covers clinical oversight, protocol management, and ongoing support between blood draws.

Diagnostic Panel Options

From $129

Every protocol starts with data. Choose the panel tier that matches where you're at in the process.

Baseline panel — $129 · Total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH, CBC, CMP, lipid panel, PSA (age appropriate).
Comprehensive panel — $229 · Baseline plus thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3), DHEA-S, cortisol, prolactin, Vitamin D, iron studies, HbA1c.
Advanced panel — $349 · Comprehensive plus ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, homocysteine, HOMA-IR, IGF-1.

Draw fees at the lab may be included or billed separately depending on location. We will confirm before you book.

TRT Protocol Management

Included with program

For patients clinically indicated for testosterone replacement therapy, our team manages protocol design, pharmacy coordination, and follow-up.

Clinical evaluation and TRT eligibility assessment
Prescription issued by Dr. Halper when clinically appropriate
Pharmacy coordination; medications ship from licensed US pharmacies
Ongoing dose titration based on lab data and symptoms
Required follow-up labs scheduled on a clinical cadence

Medication cost is billed by the dispensing pharmacy and is not included in the program retainer. TRT is a prescription medication and requires a clinician evaluation. Not every patient is a candidate.

What is & isn't included

Included: clinical review, protocol design, lab interpretation, ongoing adjustments, messaging access.

Not included: the cost of the lab draw itself, the cost of any prescribed medication (billed by the dispensing pharmacy), and shipping fees where applicable.

Patients are billed only for the services they enroll in. There are no hidden fees. You can cancel at any time — see our FAQ and Terms of Service.

Billing & insurance

What you'll pay, before you pay it

We participate in no health plans. Dr. Halper is not a participating provider with any insurer, HMO, or health plan. Aries Mens Health is entirely cash-pay and out-of-network. We do not bill insurance.

Written estimate on request. All prices are published above. Before any non-emergency service, you may request a written estimate of the amount we will bill you for anticipated services. Email [email protected] and we will provide it in writing.

Good faith estimate. Because you are self-pay, federal law entitles you to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduled care. We provide one automatically once your visit is scheduled — within one business day if your visit is 3–9 days out, or within three business days if it is 10 or more days out. If your final bill exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you may dispute it.
