Every protocol starts with data. Choose the panel tier that matches where you're at in the process.

• Baseline panel — $129 · Total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH, CBC, CMP, lipid panel, PSA (age appropriate).
• Comprehensive panel — $229 · Baseline plus thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3), DHEA-S, cortisol, prolactin, Vitamin D, iron studies, HbA1c.
• Advanced panel — $349 · Comprehensive plus ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, homocysteine, HOMA-IR, IGF-1.

Draw fees at the lab may be included or billed separately depending on location. We will confirm before you book.

For patients clinically indicated for testosterone replacement therapy, our team manages protocol design, pharmacy coordination, and follow-up.

• Clinical evaluation and TRT eligibility assessment
• Prescription issued by our licensed clinician when appropriate
• Pharmacy coordination; medications ship from licensed US pharmacies
• Ongoing dose titration based on lab data and symptoms
• Required follow-up labs scheduled on a clinical cadence

Medication cost is billed by the dispensing pharmacy and is not included in the program retainer. TRT is a prescription medication and requires a clinician evaluation. Not every patient is a candidate.

Optimization isn't a one-time visit. The monthly program includes continuous access and adjustment.
